My daughter has a criminal conviction for fraud 8 years ago, she was bound over to keep the peace for 2 years and fined. Recently completed a police check as she is a working artist and teaching under priviledged children art technics. Will this affect her working with children over 14 yrs old???

she will have to declare her conviction theres no dout about that the employers will take it into account how old was she when she committed the offence Reflecting the sentence it doesent seem to be a complex fraud
She's right to declare it, can't see a problem given the time thats passed, the conviction itself and the fact its not an offence against children. Good Luck to her.
