can anyone advise on how I can get back my fee from YES LOANS?

I suspect you will find that the fee was for trying to get you a loan, and the fee is payable whether the application is successful or not.

Complain, how much was the fee?, was it for a secured loan?, its an unregulated product so you cannot complain to the FOS (ombudsman thingy) but enough persistance if they have not helped you should get it back.

i had a loan of these but i kicked up a big stink and got it all back why should you have to pay for a fee if you dont get the loan

I found this on Yes Loans, apparently its a rougue company run by a scam artist called Keith Wilmot Chorlton.... guess he needs to be called if you really want your money back....

Chorlton can also be found on 07836 77 77 77. Sallly Hill the new managing director 07931 3788 34. You could ring Molly and let him know tht Sally is also a thief who stole money from Loopy Mobiles customers when she put the company in to liquidation. I was also having a beer with a mate in The Blackbird and he said he had seen Chorlton and Hill parked up in the woods in the back of Chorltons Range Rover and they were not disussing business as she could not talk because she had her mouth full.
