As you know, the winter months are coming up and so its hard to go out and get regular exercise everyday.....
I was wondering what I can do to keep myself fit until summer's back, I don't want to join the gym, I don't have a bike either (yet)..... so other than walking, jogging is there any other activity that's exciting enough to make me go outside for the next couple of months?
Thanks for your replies.

I tend to play sport still whatever the weather, just wear an extra layer!
Or find yourself a gorgeous partner - that'll keep you fit!
hope you get really really fat like all the sad fat friends you say you have ...
I like Ice Maiden's suggestion a lot, but if that doesn't work, try swimming. Nice and warm at the swimming pool. I swim every day - it's fantastic exercise and really keeps your body in shape.
Yoga is really good gentle exercise, 15 minutes a day will keep you supple and toned......

So I'm told, haven't quite got around to the 15 mins a day yet!

Abs roller.

20 mins a day in front of the tv

sex, indoors and fun!
why dont you want to join a gym? they are the ideal place to be during the winter, especially as there not so busy then. modern gyms often have swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, bars, restaurants as well as the gym side, you can make a real night out of it and meet new friends
