I went progressively darker from light blonde (my natural colour) to mid/dark brown - and suddenly everyone noticed I had green eyes! I've heard that the professionals' rule of thumb is that whichever colour (fake or natural) brings out the colour of your eyes is the one that suits you best; having tried just about every colour in the spectrum, dark brown (with reddish undertones - a kind of chestnut colour overall) has by far made the most of my green eyes. So I'd advise sticking to your natural colour but perhaps livening it up with some reddish tones? (depends on your skin tone of course!) I wouldn't recommend going too blonde though - green eyes just 'disappear' and look dark (they did on me, anyway!) Hope this is useful...
