B T Featureline

Are there any ABers out there who are telecomms savvy? In a nutshell I need to know the advantages and disadvantages of the BT Featureline Corporate system.
I know that all intersite calls between the branches of our business become free and that the line rental charge for Featureline is less than that of a normal line, I am also aware that Featureline phones are in the region of �80 each, but I'm sure that there are catches I do not appreciate.
Can anyone help? (in plain English, not BT jargonspeak)

Unless your branches are very close to each other, you may incur additional charges for inter region circuits.

If your business is fairly large then you are better approaching an independent telecommunications consultancy. The fee may well be worth the trouble.
