i have asked the executors of my late mothers will to send me a copy of the administritive accounts, they have refused ....where do i stand on this one...?

I am not sure whether this is a legal requirement but I would imagine so.
If the executors are still dealing with the estate I can understand them saying no you can have the accounts at the end but you could ask for an interim set of accounts in the meantime
Beware if you are using solicitors/bank as executor they will charge an extra fee for doing this

(That's been the law since a case reported in 1797, so there's nothing new in it)
If you are to be a beneficiary under the will then you are definitely entitled to such an account.Even if not, as the son or daughter of you late mother, you could surely argue that you are a 'person interested' .
