D-Ribose - anyone heard of it and used it?
2 Answers
Hi
I suffer from M.E. and have seen reports on the use of a supplement called D-Ribose which is a type of sugar. I have looked at the usual health food shops like Holland and Barrett which don't seem to stock it, and the only places I can find are online shops which I have never heard of that are aimed at bodybuilders. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used this supplement and if so is there a reputable supplier of it, as you can never be too sure on the internet what you are buying.

D ribose has been used for body builders in the past which is why most of the suppliers are those types.
