i'm afraid a friend got this quiz for me, all i can tell you is that it's the Mothers Union 2007 quiz and it has to be returned to St. Andrews Parish Office, Penrith, Cumbria. I have looked up the phone no for you - 01768 862867 - maybe if you give them a call they may post one to you, it costs �1 and has to be in by 9th dec - good luck
