When you kinda blow on your tongue at someone (lol - I can't think how to word it!) - people call it a 'raspberry'. Why...?! Ta :) xx

It's from old Cockney rhyming slang...raspberry tart = fart. As always, the first part of the equivalent phrase disappears, leaving just 'raspberry' to represent the sound you refer to.
