Free Weight Abdominal Exercises

hi, i recently bought some free weights (dumbells), i've been trying their suggested ab exercises but don't find them very effective.

Any body know any other ab exercises or places where i can find them?

There are some exercises on here - aimed at women - not sure if you are male or female but I'd imagine they'd work anyway.

Might give them a go myself.

Best thing I found for my abs was an abs roller about 6 quid from argos and do em in front of the telly lol
