Motivation.....required

Hi all

I am trying to set up my own business but i am still working for another company, my question is how come I work harder for my present employer than I do for my self.

Any reasons or courses I could do, or books I could read on this subject would be greatly appericated

You can't teach it to yourself, your motivation has to come from within and because you want to.
