This was shown around 1985-1987 i think on tv.All i remember is it was a christmas cartoon that i think was based on a chrismas carol but modern and not set in Victorian days. The bit that stands out the most was the bit where scrooge looks out of the window and see's all the ghosts in the sky in the old version, this instead of ghost was clothes and jumpers flying in the sky.I know this is really vague but i would love to know what this was,it has bugged me for years. Please help.

Is it any of these? There doesn't seem to be many made in the 1980's

I can't remember myself, butm y hubby says it rings a bell and could it be Mickey's Christmas Carol? When I suggested it he said he thought not but the bit about the jumpers is really bugging him (he was born 82 so would probably have been around the same age as you for remembering it!). If it comes to him I will let you know, but don't hold your breath - having a great memory is not his strong point :-)
