freezing dough

Can anyone please tell me if I can freeze shortbread dough - plain flour, cornflour, castor sugar and butter? Many thanks.

You can freeze any dough you like. Place it in a plastic bag or airtight box. Defrost to room temperature, but keep it covered to stop the surface drying out.
