many stomach excercises work but the real key along with those are eating healthy and doing cardio as well.... there is no point in doing stomach excercises and getting stomach muscles if u still have a layer of fat over them, that's where cardio and eating right comes in
bladski has given you good advice, but a good exercise, helps the back too, is if you stand with legs akimbo, hands on waist or behind your head, and pull your stomach in, the idea, is to try to make you stomach touch your backbone, imaginery of course, but do this about ten times a day, and you'll soon see results.
