Driving to France.
My other half is on a traders policy which do noy cover overseas travel.
My insurance wont do it either as its a different car to what we are travelling in.
ive tried to look online...
what do other people do.

try the AA or RAC
Dont go to France without insurance - the French are far stricter than us in relation to motoring and fines are on the spot. Theres no waiting to hear if you have been summonsed they will arrest you and take you straight to the cash point. If you cant pay they lock you up. Simple speedy justice. So you must sort out insurance before you go.
