polish child custody laws
As an English girl living in england, if i have children with a polish husband, and we split up, is it possible for him to take them to poland. and if so would i be able to get them back?

A very similar case has just been decided using EU law (the Hague Convention)involving a woman who took her twins to Britain without the father's consent. See here:
