I am not able to open mail in MIcrosoft outlook because it states, "A pop up window was blocked."  How can I fix this?

Are you using Zone Alarm with the Privacy setting set to block pop-ups, or some other 3rd party program set to do the same? The pop-ups referred to are usually adverts.
