Dish washer

My little boy is fascinated with the disher washer.  He can't understand how dishes go in dirty and come out clean, when there are no brushes inside.  Does anyone know a web site where it has animated pics of how a washing machine works from the inside?

howstuffworks.com is usually quite good - but i couldn't see a dishwasher on there when i had a quick look. there's certainly a lengthy article on washing machines, if that helps...!
