I have already had one answer on this thread banned by the Thought Police so I suppose I must be a bit circumspect in what I say, but I agree with your and sft42's opinions about the royals.
Basically, they should be done away with as they are (to borrow sft's turn of phrase) a bunch of inbred, dribbling, no-chinned fools who have too much time and money on their hands.
We should also remember that Harry's alleged cheating, if true would just be a continuation of his parents' behaviour - they both were adulterous, and adultery is just another form of cheating.
I hope this answer does not get banned as it is my genuinely-held opinion and does not state anything that is untrue.
Personally I believe that a news item about the scum of the Earth (paparrazi) stalking a prince would have been far more interesting.
I find it unacceptable that just because your a celebrity or royalty you have to accept that you're going to be stalked by photographers for the rest of your life. Who cares if Prince Harry was in a night club getting drunk, most of us have been there and done that. Let him have a bit of fun like the rest of the population and give him some privacy.
What annoys me most about these photographers is the way they sneak around like thieves taking pictures, with zoom lenses, of famous people on beaches or privately sun-bathing in their own back garden. I refuse to buy newspapers on the ground that celebrities and royalty deserve some privacy too. How many times have you seen newspapers showing celebrities with their boobs out (and sometimes they were in their own house).
I suppose at the end of the day it's down to the general public, if we weren't so damned nosey and refused to buy the newspapers there wouldn't be any paparrazi.
