Breakfast

Some serious research here - please let me know what you have for breakfast ! If you don't eat it, just say "nowt"; if you have it mid morning, just tell me what you have; if you know what other cultures have for brekkie, please tell me.....
Just to get you all in the right frame of mind, I have a black coffee (no sugar) and about 1/3 of a can of fruit in juice (say peach slices or pear quarters) at 7 am, followed at about 10am by some wholewheat toast with a little crunchy peanut butter. Weekends are the same but food gets eaten a lot later !

You asked about other cultures- I had a French pen friend who told me that she, and everyone she knows, has a piece and chocolate for breakfast.
I checked with my French tutor, I hadn't translated it wrong they actually had bread and a slab of chocolate in the morning.
Yummy

Thank you all so very much !
Whaddya mean, you all want stars ? Doh.... J was last seen at 3am in the morning, still allocating shiny red stars to all the brekkie boys and gals.... lol Hmmmm, it'll soon be time for another brekkie....
As a child (living in Denmark), I can remember having a really thin slab of chocolate (like 1.5mm thick) between slices of plain white bread for breakfast..... oh, those were the days...
