My youngest is 2 and he is obsessed with Pirates. He doesn't call them pirates though, he calls them Pikeys. One of the big issue sellers in town wears an eye patch (which we all think he changes which side he wears it on from hour to hour). Walking through town the other day my little darling pointed at him and shouted out "PIKEY"!! I could have thrown him away at that point.

haha GS, i know just how you felt! My son used to get overexcited when he saw vehicles and used to point them all out.

Manys a time he'd shout 'Van-Car' in the middle of sainsburys car park. we also had 'big -van-car' a few times

I brought my eldest a toy chimpanzee when I came back from New York once, last year he was playing in his room and tripped over it, so I came in, picked it up and pretended to smack it saying "bad monkey for hurting callum". The wee devil only went and told his mum " Daddy is upstairs spanking his monkey"
