I have just spent the last two and a half hours trawling through about 300 Christmas songs/ carols/ pop hits - including Slade! - and popular tunes and I cant find a single answer except for 5 which you already have.
Ill be as interested as you ,dibs 80, in the answers. Your question setter is definately shall we say obscure!
