For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.See if she comes back into season. This may be tricky if she's on her own, as it she may not show it clearly. If she's with other mares or geldings it ought to be fairly obvious if you're looking at her every day.
Presumably she's been mated, or you'd not be asking? If so, you can wait till the next season ought to be (three weeks), and tease her with a stallion or colt (with a good fence or door between them of course). If she's in foal she'll bite him, if not, she'll have, um, other ideas.
Otherwise it's getting her scanned -- expensive. Or waiting 11 months....
When in the same situation I have wondered whether a human pregnancy test would work. Anyone know? My guess is that the hormones might be similar enough. You'd have to be slick with the timing for the sample.
