WHY is it that when tv presenters finish an interview or whatever that the word INDEED is used so often but surely the word is used in the wrong context, (e.g. thank you very much indeed).
Take note in future guys when watching box how many times this occurs OR am I wrong???

I always say ''Thank you very much indeed''.

I didn't know that was wrong.

Indeed is an adverb and here is the definition and use of the word;

in fact; in reality; in truth; truly (used for emphasis, to confirm and amplify a previous statement, to indicate a concession or admission, or, interrogatively, to obtain confirmation): Indeed, it did rain as hard as predicted. Did you indeed finish the work?
