Short Films on T.V.

I've just finished making a short film at collage.

I would very much like to send it up to T.V.

How do I go about doing that?

What channel should I send it up to?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have seen independent short films on both BBC2 and Channel 4 so maybe you could email them both and ask them what to do. I think C4 do a short film competition (or maybe just show some of the winners films)
