i have never been up there but since i am in the process of buying a business in horwich i may look to locate there (not on top of the hill though).

I've never heard of Winter Hill being haunted, maybe the TV transmitter keeps all the ghosties and ghoulies away these days! Have you ever been to Pendle Hill? That's where the Lancashire witches were from.
