Trust me, I know EXACTLY how you feel, I used to sit here in agony and literally looked ready to give birth! Its worse cause your at work at your desk and shuffling around, rubbing your tummy in your chair needing to ........!!! but cant so you have to hold it in and this makes it even more uncomfortable (sorry but you will know what I mean)..... and this lasted for months....
Well..... heres what I did, as mentioned above, I cut out all white breads and white rice / pastas and no word of a lie I havent had a bloated stomach since, it really does work!!! I actually prefer the taste of brown bread and pasta now!
Oh also, avoid chewing gum!
