Here is a clue for each of them.
4. Think of a meaning for the word naval that is not related to the navy.
14. Think of a meaning for brownie that is not related to food or girl scouts

To add to my previous hint for No4 .... your spelling navel instead of naval is a huge clue.

concentrate on Brownie,not the little girl type
