Hi dolly , sommerfield sell it. It's a wee bit pricey and only comes in a wee jar.
Tesco finest do goose fat 2.05, also try local butchers.
I have bought it in Sainsburys before dollyann. It was in a navy-ish tin and on an end-of-isle display of more unusual items.
Good luck
I bought some from Tesco last year. Its in the butter/margarine area.
Looks like most of the big supermarkets sell it. Ask a member of staff and they'll find it for you.

Has anyone used it and is it true it makes great roast I've never used it before
Hi dolly, don't know about the shop bought goose fat ( does it contain additives?) anyway, had goose for the 1st time a couple of christmases ago, collected the fat - goose produces a LOT of fat! used it for roast spuds and they were heavenly! kept the fat in a container in the fridge, and re-used it for couple of months, straining out any bits each time, until it had all gradually been absorbed by the spuds, we mourned the day when we used the last bit for a sunday roast! i'm sure health & safety would have a field day with that but hey, we all lived! (and i did the same last year)
i saw some in a jar in waitrose yesterday
we had heard potatoes done in goosefat were really good too - bit lazy but last year we bought the Asda extra special potatoes done in goose fat and actually were not very impressed, everyone is different though.
i bought mine in waitrose too......it is in a clear jar with a gold metal top. you have to get a bottle opener to open it though! and it makes the best roast potatoes ever!!!!
Most butchers sell it too. Even plain old lard make nicer roast potatoes than oil but fortunately its not a habit we all get into all year round.
Hi
Yeah I use it all year round as my local costcutter sells duck and goose fat in screw-top jars. Sainsburys do tins which you can pour (at room temperature) into a mug or container and store in your fridge for months. I'm sure all the major supermarkets will have it this time of year. No additives either. Prob 2-3 a go. Enjoy!
