I have just ordered some Redken Extreme shampoo, conditioner and CAT treatment. Will this really repair/help my overprocessed dry/brittle hair?

I use the Extreme shampoo and CAT treatment and they work a treat on my fine, highlighted hair.  Personally I don't like the conditioner though; it doesn't make my hair feel as soft and silky as my usual Aveda one.

it is full of protien so it will not make it soft. extreme rebuilds strenght ie protien, all soft puts back moisture which will make it soft!

if you can get the anti snap aswell that will help when blow drying! and will make it softer.
