Hey all!

We are getting some vouchers for my partners sister & her husband for christmas, and as their first baby is due on 5th March (2 days before my 21st, whoop!!) We are getting them vouchers for baby stuff!
Seems the best thing as they are saving all their money for it at the mo.
We are looking at both Mothercare & Babies R Us (in Toys R Us).
Does any one know which is cheaper? As w want them to be able to get as much with the vouchers as they can, or any othe ideas for possible pressies or places?

May i make a suggestion?

Buy them something for themselves, afterall it'll be their last Christmas as a couple, and more than likely their last Christmas for getting presents for them alone. Before they know it, they'll get pressies for said baby instead of for them every year.

I was going to suggest to my fella that we get them something for them both as well as the vouchers, as i thought that as well!

I agree with Boo here. If they are saving all of their money for the baby they might like to have a treat for themselves. And I bet everyone will be spending loads on the baby when it arrives, anyway.

I have just read both your replies to my other half and he nodded thoughtfully and said yes, good point!
(If I had said it to him when i thought of it, he would of had some reason to disagree lol!)
So we are thinking of a small voucher and a gift for both of them! (Ive already spent �70 on baby clothes for them!!)

I'm gonna go all American here and say have a baby shower for them close to the time. Just an idea-is a good way to see that new parents have what they need to get started.
