Never eaten goose in my life, but just wanted to say that roast potatoes taste unbelievably amazing when roasted in goose fat, it's well worth getting over the sick feeling when u look at it for the great roasties you get!

Oh yeeessss - I remember reading about that now as well. Mind you, Charlie's stuff always a bit dearer than anybody else's isn't it? Mind you, so are organic biscuits from the Duke of Devonshire's estate, but they're mouthwateringly beautiful.

Oh - and i wasn't forgetting those poor ducklings pastafreak. I know they'd be doomed anyway, but what a terrible thing to do.
