I am in love with lime pickle, does anybody have a recipie for so i can make it at home?? Many thanks!

Can you alternate cooking temp eg short time on high temp instead of long time on lew temp?

and Curry Frenzy have one that is more like the *commercial* lime pickles (hehe, I love em too!)

I've not tried these recipes, so I can't vouch for either of them, but since they take quite a while to make, you may prefer to wander down to the shops and buy a jar or three instead ! (Tesco's own brand is quite nice btw)
