Electric Razor advice

Im buying my hubby an electric razor, Budget �60 so far I have two choices, one is a Phillips (with the moisturiser to attach and put into the razor) but its 8 hours charge for 30 min use.

The other is Remington Diamond. Would anyone have any advice on these or other razors.

I cant offer any advice on shavers but thought you might like to see that argos have offers on at the moment which might stretch you �60 budget that little bit further
