Definately not - we've got another postal strike on round here!
Ooh, no, smudge. I got told off by my mum (who is a Post Office manager) for sending my post out First Class today! :o)

Cheers CheekChops & whiskey - thankfully, I've already posted my cards, but my friend just text to ask whether she should chance posting 2nd class & I said 'No' too!

Would be a shame to sit & write tham all out, only for people to receive them after Christmas - would seem like an after thought!

24p x 2nd class
34p x 1st class - quite a difference if you're posting many!

Happy Crimble!
Good advice, smudge. :o) It's even more expensive when your mum won't send your parcel for free. Tsk! ;o)

Merry Christmas! x x
I havn't posted mine yet, I will probably send them later today but have put 1st class stamps pn them, I have sent them second class late other years and people seem to get them ok in time, the PO gets less busy in the last few days as they encourage people to poste earlier, my sister is a PO counter clerk and says she is quieter on the last few days every year. she is furious about the PO ads, she says it makes them all look fools, but the guy in the ad does have his own PO apparently.
