My mate said he remembers a song from roughly 1989 - 1990 called Love For Sale. He said it was just a melody and had no singing but was a classic dance anthem. For the life of me i have no idea and he doesnt remember the artist. I thought it might have been Moltocarina but it has singing through it so that aint it. Any idea? Im going bonkers!

Boney M did version in 70s but that had vocals
My niece informs me that Ace of Base had a B side of that name. She's not sure if it was the Cole Porter song but she thinks it was, and that it was out in the back end of the Nineties
