Marzipan
9 Answers
What can I do with the marzipan (about 150g/6oz) I have left over from doing my Christmas cake this morning?
I hate the stuff, so won't eat it myself, but is there anything I can do with it, apart from use it as polyfilla?

There are loads of stuff you can do. Siply roll them into bitesized balls and arrange them on a plate for a sweet snack (you can decorate them with edible decorations if you like), or dip them in chocolate and leave to set. If using them for xmas day-freeze them then leave to defrost.
Bying marzipan sweets can be really expensive, so its good than you've got some left over-and its delicious!!

SizzleSquid beat me to it! Those little marzipan fancies are beautiful - and very easy to make. Chocolate and iced ones are the best, because you can sprinkle with 100's & 1000's, or decorate with all manner of things, including fruit. A few of us made some the other day actually, and turned them into miniature Christmas puddings, decorated snowballs, Santa heads and marzipan baskets full of chocolate raisins. Yum!
