Wireless network at home
Can anyone suggest a good wireless modem for me? I am running Windows XP with a wired ADSL router and BT Broadband on the main computer but did not want their "home hub". I have a laptop that also runs XP but it has a wireless card and connection set up for using when I am at work. Will that matter, as I also want to use the laptop at home? I would appreciate any recommendations for the make/model of wireless modem etc that I would need.

It has a very poor signal so you would get continous line breaks,The security is very poor as well.
If you have a smaller house I recommend a D-Link G series wireless router, signal strength alone will be 60% stronger than BT and it has superior security.
If you have a larger house , I would recommend an ASDL D-Link DSL 2740B N series Router, which is 8 times better than the G series.
The signal on my laptop went from BT's 36% to 100% using the D-Link. BTs home hub's quality is reflected in its price (free)
