turkey or chicken for xmas dinner?

btw ive got a new way to bake your stuffed bird this xmas.

it involves using popcorn.
but dont be put off by that.
im a rather good cook : -)

anyway
ingredients needed are as follows :

6-7lb turkey or chicken

i cup of melted butter

1 cup of stuffing ( i like paxo )

1 cup of uncooked popcorn.

some salt and freshly ground black pepper.

method :

preheat oven to 350 degrees
brush chicken with melted butter,sprinkle salt and pepper over it .
fill the cavity with the stuffing and popcorn all mixed together.
ploace in the oven with the neck facing towards the rear of the oven.

listen for the popping sound of the corn.











when the turkeys ass blows the oven door open and the bird flies across the room then its ready. : -)
