Advice please.....
We've got some history with our current neighbours for racism who have just recently moved in next door as they did a property exchange with their son.
We reported the racism and it went to court and the person got a 12 month conditional discharge.
The thing is if we knew they were going to move in next door we would of got an 'injunction' but we were totally unaware of their move!
We contacted the housing assosiation who were aware of the history we had & asked them why they allowed the exchange to go ahead & all they said was that if they would not let them have the property they would be sued by them!
We couldn't believe our ears! We contacted a solicitor who contacted a barrister and they said there is not alot we can do either!
We really don't know what to do now and on top of it there is a child living next door with them maybe 10 yrs old who doesn't go to school and stays at home throwing objects and rubbish in our garden!
Any advice would be so appreciated, thank you

The racism thing as been dealt with and there are no longer any issues. If you keep bringing up the race issue it could start things off again. Just see how it goes and if it carries on then see the local authorities about it - Firstly note everything they do down for a few week before you go to the authorities. There are race issues (ON BOTH SIDES) in all walks of life and we all just have to learn to deal with them and not let them take over our lives.
Has for their 10 year old child not going to school - is that just sour grapes on your part and you are trying to find something to get them for - vengeance is mine - not a nice thing. That really as nothing to do with you and you should just keep out of it - the local council will contact them about that. It won't do you any favours trying to get them in trouble - it will just look like you are trying to stir S*@T !!!

The child may not be playing truant. He or she may be off school for some reason - or on holiday. Rather than perpetuate bad feeling, it might be a good idea to have a word with the parents about the rubbish throwing - in an adult manner. If you see the child doing it again, go out and say: "I bet you can't aim it in the dustbin and "score a goal!" If you turn a chore into a game, children often respond positively. the racism thing, I don't know about, but for everyone's sakes, it'd be preferable to try and get on.
This is why I wanted to get advice regarding the 10 year old before I do anything as we do not want to cause trouble with the neighbours, thats the last thing we want!
I think I won't do anything, I'll just keep a record of it.
Our main concerns & worry is that we always have to check outside through the window before we got outside in order not to bump into the neighbours! Why should we have to live like that though?!
We're finding ourselves avoiding to go out, knowing what might happend.
We're always seeing the neighbours walk past our property through the window and they are always looking into our property, it might be nothing but it feels uncomfortable...
As for having an 'injuntion' could that have been possible to get before they moved in?
