well i have done some but not all i would usually do, but noone will mind, they get what vthey are given in my house and like it or lump it
and I thought I was late just starting it today lol

good luck in the packed shops, I still have more to do but got to the stage I was too laden down to enter any more shops without knocking stuff over
I will finish off on Christmas eve. I've done this for the last few years and have never found the shops to be particularly crowded then. Mind you I do go in early.
Do you mean food or pressies? Or both?

My God, you like living dangerously don't ya? Work today was mental, we'd sold out of bread by 2pm, customers were almost sobbing when a "but you must have some in the back, surely?" was met with a shake of the head.
I don't do Christmas shopping. Just get the birds in for dinner & that's it. K jnr & I don't bother with presents (well, I buy him a few things, but he never gets me anything). I get the dogs a chewy each, and the cats have the turkey giblets - and that's it!
Where do you work,B00???...I still need to get some bread for stuffing & bread sauce....luckily all other shopping is done-sigh!
yet again i have had blokes coming in asking for the ****** boots of their dreams and settling for the sensible durable heelsw lol it is quite unnerving, one bloke came in with a home made catalogue his wife had done for him, with pictures, prices and locations for everything, it was foolproof, except we had sold out of most of it as he had let it too late. it was a shockingly good idea though, she had gone to so much trouble, i think he will be in extra trouble, cos most of the work was done for him and he still got it wrong

Food shopping is what mum's are for! Although I will do the wine shop...

I meant prezzies... I do know what I'm getting everyone. It's just that I've been ill and to be honest, the hoards were scaring me. I figure if I leave it late enough then most of the people should be finished and it'll be nice and peaceful and civilised.
Work in Co-op Klieber, honestly it was ruddy mental today, we're only shut for one day as well. You'd think folk were laying in for a siege.

We're apparently getting in 600 (!) Warburton loaves delivered in morning, want one putting aside for ya?
still sniggering at CD's naivety at expecting the madness to have died down...........,/i>

It could happen...

I need fags. However I don't wish to leave the house as it's cold and I'm sick (I may have mentioned that several times). Does anyone live close to the Surrey area who smokes?
Thought it had been quiet lately CD, you feeling better now?
I have done all my shopping (its wrapped too) and I also have close to a kilo of golden virginia as well. I normally wait until Christmas Eve but I am off to my dad's place tomorrow and am not allowed to leave until my grandparents so I had to be organised about it this year.
