i am unable to open any link on OE email,can anyone help me with this problem. thanks.

Are you sure you have a default browser? To do this go to Control Panel>Add Remove Programs
Click on Set Program Access and Defaults
Click on Custom option
In the "Choose a Default Web Browser", select Internet Explorer.

If that does not work, you may uninstall and reinstall IE from Control Panel>Add Remove Programs > Add Remove Windows Components (Keep your Windows CD handy before you do this).

As an interim measure you can highlight the address of the link properties and paste the address into your browser
