Hi! I would like to edit a picture I have on my pc and put a santa hat on the head, but I can't find how to! I have tried in paint, but the pic of the hat isn't a clipart so contains background that I can't get rid of....Anyone knows how to do it? Thanks!

If anyone needs a good free graphics editor you can't go past The Gimp. Available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

It is completely free, open source and getting better all the time. I even supports Photoshop plugins.
