I had my employment terminated today with immediate effect for gross misconduct. I have never seen or received a contract of employment and neither a wage slip for that matter. I have been with the company for 4 months. I worked three weeks before I was first paid on the Friday of that third week so therefore I am owed two weeks money. My question is what are the chances of me seeing that money? My boss is away on holiday and non-contactable.

You are entitled to be pay for the time that you worked, irrespective of what happened, up the date you were dismissed for gross misconduct.
Write and state what they owe you..
You are also entitled to receive a regular pay slip, otherwise how would you know that your National Insurance contributions have been paid on your behalf and that the company is not swindling you and HM Customs and Revenue.
Write to your employer and state that your are owed two weeks money and that regardless of the reason for which you were dismissed, you will take legal action to recover your wages if they are not paid by a certain date. Also ask for some wages slip as evidence that your National Insurance contributions and the appropriate tax has been deduced.
