Hi I have been in my job for 18 months, I get paid abasic plus 5% commission on all my sales, I also get paid for my lunch breaks, we now have a new Reg Director and he wants to scrap comission and paid lunch break can they do this legally?
If your offer of employment promises a 5% commission, that is a contractual arrangement and your new Regional Director cannot unilaterally change that without your consent, neither can he abolish a paid lunch break without your agreement.
