Yes, I had a lot of trouble too ! I emailed customer services to say -
The activation email gave a out-of-date error., and I should reregister. When I tried to reregister, I was told that my email address was already in use !
When I used an alternative email address - I could reregister but was asked to then pay for a Crossword Club subscription.
I waited several days just to get an email back saying - Is the problem fixed yet ? Or it is still not working. Contact us again if it's not !
I'll try to submit The Saturday Crossword later, and see if that works !
