I'd say it was an allergy, possibly to one, if not more of the fruits, trial and error, omit one of the fruits at a time, or get yourself tested for allergies by seeing your gp.
As stated before, you may be intolerant or 'allergic' to one or more ingredients in your breakfast.
When I was younger I noticed that apples made my tummy rumble.
As I got older lettuce had a more embarrassing effect. Any time I had a salad it would shoot right through my body within an hour. I can no longer eat salads containing lettuce.
I looked it up on the internet and learned it is not uncommon to develope intolerance to common fruits and vegetables.
Try an elimation diet. Cut out one common ingredient of your breakfast each day to find which is causing the inigestion.
That is the same for Espresso, I can have apple juice but not fresh, whole apples.
I can eat 1 leaf of lettuce in a sandwich but not a lettuce salad.
Digestive systems can be so tricky!
