I am trying to load the drivers for my new Canon Lazer printer. I keep getting a message, can't recognize USB, any ideas please.

it might be your usb cable not being good enough to reconize the printer,use another cable and see how that works.

Dear Petesgrayz

Follow the printer installation instructions to the letter - they will tell you exactly when to connect & switch on the printer during installation. Not following the correct sequence can cause your PC not to load the drivers correctly.

It may be worth uninstalling the printer drivers and starting from scratch.

To check out the USB port, plug something else into it and see if the computer recognises it.
