How are you spending the last day of the year and looking back what has been your highlight of the year?

Well would you believe it I am getting ready to go to a wedding my son-in-laws sisters wedding and here in the midlands England it is a nice dry day so far.

We shall be doing the same as we do every year and that is sat in front of the telly!! Probably watching Jools Holland.
Although this year our 80 year old neighbour maybe coming over to see in the new year with us and I don't know if he likes Jools or not :o)
Then he is going to come over for a nice roast dinner during the day.

Highlight hmmm.... Start of this year I was having a hellish time at work because of my boss who often landed me in it, but at the end of this year I now have her job (she left) and the wage went up by an extra �2 an hour!! Ha ha that's karma for you baby!

I'm having a house party, a little on the worried side because I think i've invited too many people...woops!!

Highlight was seeing Mika at Glastonbury, actually Glastonbury was pretty much a highlight for me because I've been tryin for the last 10 years to get a friend to go with me.

Wingnut - Nice one!!!!!! I usually watch Jules too!
Zammo - Have a great party tonight! I've been up early, so I hope to go for a siesta later in preperation for a late night! We have a meal booked at the local Indian restaurant with a neighbour for 6.oclock ( that was the only decent time left ) So how we fill the time till midnight I haven't a clue???
Could be at the neighbours, which means it will be quiet, or could be at the brother inlaws which will be lively!! xxx Highlight of the year? Transfering to a new place of work! xxx
