I'm so embarrassed, I need to share my problem......Got an email through friends reunited yesterday and had to renew my membership to reply. Anyway, after too many glasses of wine last night, I emailed loads of people!!! Nothing inappropriate but things like 'Hi hunny, how are you?' to people I haven't seen or spoken to in over 20 years! I wish I could recall them all..........how awful.

i wouldn't worry about it to much, you didn't say anything inappropriate and you may be pleasantly surprised by some replies. and if you haven't seen or spoken to them in 20 years it doesn't really matter what they think, you're not likely to see them, have a good NYE

scoobydooby - a woman after my own heart! Give me a couple of glasses of vino and I love the world. To be honest - anyone with half a social bone in their body will look at the e-mail and then think it's christmas perhaps scooby has been at the old sherry. And as you said - it wasn't anything dodgy. I wouldn't worry - at least you're friendly - you may end up getting some renewed friendships - and if you don't - stuff it - worse things have happened :)

I intend to lock my mobile in a drawer tonight and hope the network goes down tonight!! :D

I agree with mcfluff!, unless you went way over the top or crossed "that line" then I wouldnt worry! they may think you are just being friendly!
